That’s why, to assist you and meet the needs of all our patients, Butterfoss Barton Orthodontics offers a variety of payment options, including no-interest financing. We are pleased to offer customized financial plans to every patient. If you have any questions about financing options, credit card payments or bank drafts, be sure to ask a member of our team so we can accommodate your personal and financial needs.

Payment and Fees

The fee for any given treatment will vary by individual, depending on the severity of the problem and the type of treatment employed by your orthodontist. Before you ever need to commit to a particular treatment, our financial coordinator is happy to discuss the cost of treatment and financing options with you to dispel any concerns and help you feel comfortable going into your treatment with us. As our new patients often find, braces are more affordable today than ever before!

When paying for your treatment, please remember that Butterfoss Barton Orthodontics accepts cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Insurance

Our office gladly accepts and will file most insurances, so please bring your insurance information with you to your consultation! If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you may be eligible to receive reduced personal costs. This is because, depending on your individual insurance provider and plan, we can accept a portion of your payment directly from the insurance policy.

Please note that our office is not a participating provider with any insurance company plans. Your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company itself. Regardless of your insurance status at the time of treatment, you are ultimately responsible for the balance of your account, which the insurance company does not cover. All unpaid balances are the patient’s responsibility.
